Fremont, Calif. — November 27, 2017 — Rahi Systems announced today that its Pune, India, branch has achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification. The certification audit was conducted by TUV SUD South Asia, one of the world’s leading auditing, inspection and testing organizations.
The ISO 9000 family of standards establish the seven principles of quality management, which include customer focus, leadership, engagement, a process-based approach, continuous improvement, evidence-based decision-making and relationship management. ISO 9001:2015 sets forth specific requirements for quality management that enable organizations to consistently deliver products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements. It is the only standard in the ISO 9000 family that provides for certification.
