Rahi’s client is a networking communications service provider that operates a global network of medium earth orbit (MEO) satellites.

The client’s main challenge was the lack of automation for complex internal tasks to fulfill their service requests. A typical customer request to add bandwidth to an existing service could take weeks. Numerous detailed tasks were being performed manually by different teams within the company, occasionally resulting in errors and/or delays in completing the tasks.

Rahi designed and implemented a solution that requests and performs a number of tasks, without human intervention.

The result was increased automation of the tasks allowing for a reduction of staff, saving the company resources.
